Pumpkin Patch with the Gabrielson Family

We met my parents, Lori's family and Karen's family (my twin sister and my older sister) at the pumpkin patch in Fort Dodge. It was beautiful weather and we had a really fun day! Pictures: mom and dad Gabrielson, my family (minus Taylor -she didn't go but Joel brought a friend; Mitchell Brunsting), mom, Karen, Grace, Lori, Lisa, the twins, and Karen, MN, and Grace)

Joel running the football

Great picture of Joel Carrying the football. You can make the pictures bigger on this blog by just double clicking any picture you would like to see at a closer view.

Granny and Grandpa came to watch the girls play soccer and the boys play football. Christian was carrying the ball in this picture...he played wide receiver and middle linebacker. Maggie is with her godmother, Kayla who came to watch the game too , and she is dribbling the ball in the bottom picture.

Joel's Doe, the twins play soccer!

Joel shot a big doe this year in youth season. Unfortunately, I didn't get great pictures because I had my camera at the twins' soccer games that morning. He shot it his first morning out and had a football game at 10:30 that morning. This was a good thing for him, because he is not very patient. However, Christian is very patient and is still hunting a lot every week just waiting on the perfect buck. The soccer season was great. Malorie was an animal on the field and scored many goals every game. Maggie was fun to watch too and she scored several goals throughout the season. Malorie is in the first couple of pictures and Maggie is in the last picture

Christian's big fish and Joel's touchdown!

Joel made several touchdowns this year. He played running back on offense and linebacker on defense. In this touchdown, he ran 60 yards, 40 of which he only had one shoe. It got pulled off when the other team tried to tackle him. Christian caught the big walleye down at the river. He loves fishing!

Lisa's second triathlon!

I went to Belmond and did another triathlon. It was in reverse order: run, bike, swim. Friends, family, cousins came to cheer me on. It was so much fun! I hope to someday do one with my sons and my sisters (when they are all done having babies)

Abbigayle turns 5!

Abbigayle turned 5 in July. Time goes way too fast. We have a picture here with Wanda (one of her godmothers) and one of her unwrapping her presents. She's so cute!
